The prices were better than most of the shops I looked at, and placing the order was really easy. Shipping was okay overall, but the whole process was simple and hassle-free.

I had a small issue with my reel, and for a minute there it felt like my whole fishing setup was about to fall apart. I reached out to warranty support, they handled it well. They asked me to send over a few pictures and my order info, then got a replacement part sent out. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, so there was a bit of waiting involved, but in the end they took care of it. Not perfect, but definitely solid support. 4 stars from me...

I was kind of surprised by how much piscifun has on their site. I went in thinking I’d just spend 10 minutes looking for a reel, but I probably ended up browsing for around half an hour checking out rods, bags, line, and a bunch of smaller gear too.
The site was easy enough to get around, and I liked that they had stuff in a few different price ranges, not just the expensive options. A couple things I wanted were out of stock, but overall it seems like a solid place to shop for fishing gear.

Shipping was really quick, which I appreciated. That said, I was kind of expecting some sort of credit or compensation for the hassle around the order, so I’m hoping that’s still being looked into

I’ve had this piscifun reel for a few months now and yeah, it’s been doing fine with my usual weekend fishing. Nothing too crazy, just normal use, but it’s held up better than I kind of expected. I did drop it once on some rocks, which I figured might be bad, but it only got a little scuff and still reels smooth enough. The handle does feel maybe a tiny bit loose now, not terrible, just something I noticed. So it’s not perfect, but for the price... solid so far

I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, just hoped it would arrive on time, and it actually did. The delivery came right when promised and everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

My order from piscifun.com showed up packed nicely overall. There was enough padding inside the box, and the reel itself was totally fine with no scratches or loose parts, so I was relieved about that.
The only issue was the outside box had a noticeable dent on one corner, probably from shipping. I mentioned it and kind of felt ignored, which was a little disappointing, even though the product was okay. Not a huge deal, but sturdier packaging or a quick response would’ve made the experience better.

It’s a good rod for the price. It casts smooth and feels strong enough that I’m not worried about it holding up. The only thing is it started feeling a bit heavy after a full day out, but that might’ve just been bad timing since I was already worn out by then.
